Study Abroad in Nanjing: Program Fees
Fees include:
- Tuition (includes a maximum of 16 semester credits, subject to course selection)
- Housing in double rooms in university residences and meal allowance for three meals daily in university cafeteria and nearby facilities when on campus
- Cultural activities such as escorted,
guided visits to Confucius Temple, Dr. Sun-Yat Sen’s Mausoleum, Ming Xio Ling Tomb, Xixia
Mountain, Yangtze River
- One-week visit to Beijing and Xian with double
occupancy hotels and meals included
- Day trip to Suzhou
- Two-night stay in Shanghai hotel
on arrival and overnight stay before departure to the U.S. with breakfast
and city tour included
- Internet access in dormitory for students who bring their own laptops
- Services of a pre-departure Student Advisory Center and an
on-site Resident Director
- Pre-departure handbook
- Phone card on arrival to call the U.S.
- Round trip airfare if that
option is selected

The Program fee without airfare does not include the non-refundable $95 application fee, required insurance/assistance package fee of $475, and a refundable damage deposit of $250. AIFS guarantees that these fees will not increase.
The Program fee with airfare does not include the above reference fees/deposit. Additionally, it does not include airline and airport related taxes and fuel surcharges currently estimated to be $360. AIFS guarantees that the airfare and airline/airport-related fees and surcharges will not increase beyond this estimate, even in the event of the assessment of additional fees by these entities.
Transfers to and from campus are included for students who have booked their flights with AIFS, but only on the scheduled arrival/departure dates and from the local airport. |
