Fall and Spring Deadlines

Academic year, fall quarter/semester application deadlines

Applications and a $95 application fee must be received by
April 15	Buenos Aires, Hyderabad, Stellenbosch and Sydney
May 1	Florence, Nanjing, Prague and Rome
May 15	Cannes, Granada, Grenoble, Limerick, London, Paris, Salamanca, Salzburg and St. Petersburg

A none-refundable confirmation deposit of $750 is payable upon acceptance in order to reserve a space. For programs with spaces remaining, the deposit must be received no later than:
April 28	Buenos Aires, Hyderabad, Stellenbosch and Sydney
May 15	Florence, Nanjing, Prague and Rome
May 29	Cannes, Granada, Grenoble, Limerick, London, Paris, Salamanca, Salzburg and St. Petersburg

Balance of program fees must be received by
June 1	Buenos Aires, Hyderabad, Stellenbosch and Sydney
July 1	Prague, Florence, Nanjing and Rome
July 15	Cannes, Granada, Grenoble, Limerick, London, Paris, St. Petersburg, Salamanca and Salzburg
Due to airline and accommodation cancellation penalties, AIFS cannot reserve space for a student until their confirmation deposit has been paid. Students are urged to apply and deposit early. Late applications may be considered if space is available, but will be subject to a late fee of $250. A late fee of $500 will be imposed for confirmation deposits not received by the posted deadline and a $250 late fee will be imposed for final payments not received by the posted deadline.
