Study Abroad in Paris: Program Fees

Fees include:

• Tuition (includes a maximum of 20 semester credits, subject to course selection)
• In Paris, students live in a Parisian home and receive daily breakfast. Optional meal plans are available
• In Cannes, housing in dorms with all meals
• Cultural activities such as visits to museums and monuments, theater, ballet, concerts, walking tours, boat ride and day trips outside Paris
• 2-day visit to London
• 2-week French language orientation in Cannes
• Services of a pre-departure Student Advisory Center and an on-site Resident Director and staff
• Pre-departure handbook
• Phone card on arrival to call the U.S.
• Round trip airfare if that option is selected
• Optional French Cuisine and Wine classes
• Optional weekend visit to Normandy for a supplement of $295
• Optional weekend visit to the Chateaux of the Loire Valley for a supplement of $295 (spring semester only)

The Program fee without airfare does not include the non-refundable $95 application fee, required insurance/assistance package fee of $475, and a refundable damage deposit of $250. AIFS guarantees that these fees will not increase. The Program fee with airfare does not include the above reference fees/deposit. Additionally, it does not include airline and airport related taxes and fuel surcharges currently estimated to be $480. AIFS guarantees that the airfare and airline/airport-related fees and surcharges will not increase beyond this estimate, even in the event of the assessment of additional fees by these entities. Transfers to and from campus are included for students who have booked their flights with AIFS, but only on the scheduled arrival/departure dates and from the local airport. Those who provide their own transportation may also participate in the 2-day visit to London, but must make their own way to and from the hotel in London and to campus. Those who provide their own transportation but do not participate in the 2-day visit to London are ineligible for a rebate and are responsible for making their own way to campus by scheduled program start dates.
